All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.

We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Sweet Jojo Designs is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Sweet Jojo Designs is not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered, however, we'll do everything we can to help you locate your package. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier as soon as possible for quickest resolution. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us at support@sweetjojomahjong.com for assistance in filing a lost package claim.
