Affiliate Program Overview
The Sweet Jojo Mahjong Affiliate Partner Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting Sweet Jojo Mahjong products using a unique affiliate discount code and/or tracking link.
Sweet Jojo Mahjong partners with select creators, bloggers, influencers, publishers, teachers, and community leaders whose audiences and content naturally align with mahjong, hosting, gifting, games, home and lifestyle, design, entertaining, and meaningful moments around the table.
Commission Structure
• 7%–10% commission on eligible purchases made using the affiliate’s unique code and/or tracking link
• A unique affiliate code and/or tracking link for promoting Sweet Jojo Mahjong
• An audience discount of up to 10% off eligible mahjong tiles
• Access to product information, approved messaging, suggested captions, content ideas, promotional assets, and other resources when available
• Potential opportunities for product seeding, gifting, paid collaborations, or higher commission rates based on fit and performance
Commission rates may vary by affiliate, campaign, product category, or performance level. Sweet Jojo Mahjong reserves the right to determine product eligibility, commission rates, promotional opportunities, and other program details as the program evolves.
Commission Tracking
Affiliate commissions are earned when a customer completes an eligible purchase using the affiliate’s unique discount code and/or tracking link.
• Orders must be properly attributed through Sweet Jojo Mahjong’s affiliate tracking platform at the time of purchase
• Sales cannot be retroactively credited if the affiliate code or tracking link was not used or properly tracked
• The affiliate tracking platform will serve as the final record and authority for commission attribution
Sweet Jojo Mahjong reserves the right to review and approve all referrals before commissions are finalized and paid.
Commission Payments
Affiliate commissions are paid once per month via PayPal on eligible, completed transactions.
Commissions are paid only on orders that have been properly attributed to the affiliate’s unique code and/or tracking link and that remain eligible after any applicable returns, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or fraud review.
If an order is returned, refunded, canceled, or otherwise determined to be ineligible before payout is finalized, the associated commission may be reversed or excluded.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their payout information is accurate and current. Affiliates selecting PayPal are responsible for maintaining a valid and active PayPal email address. Affiliates are responsible for any PayPal fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges imposed by their financial institution or payment processor.
Sweet Jojo Mahjong reserves the right to adjust payout timing, procedures, or eligibility requirements as the affiliate program evolves.
Commission Eligibility
Commission is calculated on the eligible product subtotal after discounts.
Commission does not include amounts attributable to:
• Taxes
• Shipping
• Gift cards
• Returned products
• Canceled orders
• Refunded orders
• Non-eligible products
• Non-eligible transactions
If an order is canceled, returned, refunded, flagged as fraudulent, or otherwise determined to be invalid, any associated commission may be reversed or excluded.
Certain products, promotions, clearance items, campaigns, or transactions may also be excluded from commission eligibility.
Affiliates may not earn commission on purchases made for their own use. This includes orders placed using the affiliate’s own email, payment method, shipping address, or household members. Any such commissions may be reversed at Sweet Jojo Mahjong’s discretion.
Limited Edition & Collaboration Launches
Sweet Jojo Mahjong reserves the right to exclude certain limited-edition collections, collaborations, special product launches, or promotional events from affiliate commissions, or to offer different commission rates for these releases. Any applicable exclusions, special terms, or commission changes will be communicated to affiliates prior to the launch whenever possible.
Customer Discount
Customers using an affiliate’s unique code and/or link may receive up to 10% off eligible mahjong tiles.
The affiliate audience discount currently applies to mahjong tiles only.
Certain products, promotions, clearance items, sale items, or other transactions may be excluded from discount eligibility.
Sweet Jojo Mahjong may modify discount eligibility, promotional offers, or applicable products as the program evolves.
Affiliate Personal Discount /Purchases
Affiliates may not use their own audience discount code or affiliate tracking link for personal purchases.
Approved affiliates will receive a separate 20% personal discount code for their own eligible purchases. The 20% personal discount code applies to Mahjong Tiles ONLY.
Personal orders must be placed directly through the Sweet Jojo Mahjong website and may not be placed through the affiliate’s own tracking link.
Affiliates cannot earn commissions on their own personal purchases.
Promotional Resources
Sweet Jojo Mahjong may provide approved affiliates with resources to support their promotional efforts, including:
• Product links and recommendations
• Brand-approved product descriptions and talking points
• Lifestyle and product imagery when available
• Suggested captions, hooks, and content ideas
• Seasonal promotion ideas
• Gift-guide suggestions
• Product highlights
Availability of specific promotional resources is not guaranteed and may vary by campaign or affiliate.
Product Seeding, Gifting & Collaborations
Product seeding may be considered for select affiliates but is not guaranteed.
Sweet Jojo Mahjong may also offer gifting, paid collaborations, or increased commission opportunities based on partner fit, campaign needs, and affiliate performance.
Participation in the affiliate program does not guarantee free products, gifting, paid partnerships, or other additional compensation.
Content & Promotion Guidelines
Affiliate content should be honest, clear, authentic, and aligned with the Sweet Jojo Mahjong brand.
Affiliates may promote Sweet Jojo Mahjong through approved channels such as:
• Social media
• Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other video content
• Blogs and websites
• Gift guides and shopping roundups
• Email newsletters
• Pinterest
• LTK, ShopMy, Amazon storefronts, or similar platforms where appropriate
• Hosting, entertaining, game-night, tablescape, or lifestyle content
Examples of affiliate content may include game-night essentials, mahjong-night hosting ideas, gift guides, product reviews, unboxing videos, tablescapes, and other content that naturally incorporates Sweet Jojo Mahjong products.
Affiliate Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Sweet Jojo Mahjong products.
Disclosures should be clear and easy for consumers to understand and may include phrases such as:
• “Affiliate link”
• “I may earn a commission”
Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, and disclosure requirements when promoting Sweet Jojo Mahjong.
Prohibited Promotional Practices
Affiliates may not:
• Make false, misleading, inaccurate, or unapproved claims about Sweet Jojo Mahjong products
• Publish fake coupons, expired codes, misleading discounts, or unauthorized promotions
• Bid on Sweet Jojo Mahjong branded search terms without written approval
• Create advertisements that appear to be official Sweet Jojo Mahjong advertisements without written approval
• Use spam, bots, misleading redirects, cookie stuffing, fraudulent activity, or deceptive marketing practices
• Use Sweet Jojo Mahjong images, logos, or other brand assets in a way that suggests ownership or official representation beyond the approved affiliate relationship
Sweet Jojo Mahjong reserves the right to remove an affiliate whose content, traffic, promotional activity, or conduct does not align with the brand or affiliate program guidelines.
Brand Use
Affiliates may use Sweet Jojo Mahjong product images, logos, brand messaging, and other promotional assets only in connection with their approved affiliate participation and in accordance with any brand guidance provided by Sweet Jojo Mahjong.
Affiliate use of Sweet Jojo Mahjong branding may not imply that the affiliate owns, operates, or officially represents Sweet Jojo Mahjong beyond the affiliate relationship.
Affiliates may not:
• Register domains containing Sweet Jojo Mahjong
• Use trademarks in social handles or emails
Affiliates may not misrepresent their relationship with Sweet Jojo Mahjong.
Tax Documentation
As part of the affiliate program requirements, U.S.-based affiliates will be required to submit a completed W-9 form in accordance with applicable U.S. tax law and IRS reporting requirements.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with any applicable tax obligations associated with affiliate earnings.
Account Type Eligibility
At this time, the Sweet Jojo Mahjong Affiliate Program is available to U.S.-based affiliates only.
To participate, affiliates must:
• Be based in the United States
• Maintain a valid U.S. mailing address
• Provide all required U.S. tax documentation, including a completed W-9
• Complete all current Sweet Jojo Mahjong affiliate onboarding requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and payout information
Applicants who do not meet these requirements may not be eligible to participate in the Affiliate Program.
Sweet Jojo Mahjong reserves the right to determine program eligibility and account status and may approve, deny, suspend, or deactivate affiliate accounts if eligibility requirements are not met, required information is incomplete, or misuse of the program is identified.
Affiliate Application & Approval
Submission of an affiliate application does not guarantee acceptance into the Sweet Jojo Mahjong Affiliate Partner Program.
Applicants may be asked to provide:
• Name and email address
• Social media, blog, website, newsletter, Amazon storefront, LTK/ShopMy, or other platform links
• A description of their audience
• Information about the type of content they create
• Relevant examples of previous brand partnerships or product features
• Payout information if requested during onboarding
Sweet Jojo Mahjong may evaluate applicants based on brand alignment, content, audience fit, engagement, promotional approach, and other factors relevant to the program.
Program Participation & Termination
Sweet Jojo Mahjong reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove an affiliate from the program if the affiliate’s content, traffic, conduct, or promotional practices do not align with Sweet Jojo Mahjong’s brand or program guidelines.
Reasons for removal may include, but are not limited to:
• Misleading or deceptive promotion
• Fraudulent activity
• Misuse of affiliate codes or tracking links
• Misuse of Sweet Jojo Mahjong branding or assets
• Failure to properly disclose the affiliate relationship
• Conduct that does not align with Sweet Jojo Mahjong’s affiliate program rules
Affiliate accounts that remain inactive or fail to meet program requirements may be deactivated at Sweet Jojo Mahjong’s discretion.
Commissions associated with fraudulent, invalid, canceled, refunded, returned, or otherwise ineligible transactions may be reversed or excluded.
Program Changes
Sweet Jojo Mahjong reserves the right to update, modify, or change the Affiliate Program structure, commission rates, discounts, benefits, eligibility requirements, or other program terms at any time.
Continued participation in the Sweet Jojo Mahjong Affiliate Program following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Commission rates, product eligibility, customer discounts, tracking methods, promotional opportunities, and other program details may be adjusted from time to time.
Final commission eligibility, tracking, and payout details are subject to confirmation by Sweet Jojo Mahjong.
Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Sweet Jojo Mahjong Affiliate Partner Program, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to follow these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions, together with any additional program instructions or guidelines provided during onboarding.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of applicable program requirements and updates.
