Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

PLEASE NOTE: Mahjong Tiles that are returned with the plastic open are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Tiles are packaged so that every single tile is visible prior to opening. Please inspect carefully before opening and contact customer service immediately if you are unhappy with your tiles to avoid a restocking fee. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@sweetjojomahjong.com. Our customer service representatives will assist you with setting up your return. 

• How do I return my order?
• If you did not place your order with us directly, please contact the website where you originally placed your order. If you did place your order with us, and if you are within the allotted time frame, please contact customer service so we may provide you with the return instructions via email. Once we have received the returned merchandise, you will receive a credit within 7 business days for the amount that you paid for the item(s).

• Do you offer free returns?
• We offer free standard shipping on our site to all contiguous U.S orders, therefore we are unable to provide pre-paid return shipping labels. We encourage you to ship your product back through a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. We recommend Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS. Your refund amount is based on the product purchase price only. Shipping/Handling is non refundable. If the product is found to be in returnable condition (i.e., unused, unwashed, packaging intact), you will be credited within 5 to 7 business days. If the product is in non-returnable condition (i.e., washed, used, or missing parts), we reserve the right to deduct a 50% restocking fee.* Please note: All Mahjong Tile Game Sets returned with the plastic packaging of the tiles opened or missing are considered used and not in original condition and we will deduct a 50% restocking fee.

• Can I make an exchange?
• Our exchange process mimics our return process. You may return the items you initially purchased for a full item refund and place a new order for the items you wish to receive at any time.

• I returned my item. How long until I get my refund?
  • Once the goods have been received at our returns facility, the refund processing time can take 5 to 7 business days. Refunds post to your next credit card billing statement on the next billing cycle.
    
• Can I return my Mahjong Tile Game Set?
  • All Mahjong Tile Game Sets can be returned, however any mahjong tile games returned with the plastic packaging of the tiles opened or missing are considered used and not in original condition and we will deduct a 50% restocking fee.

• What if I receive a damaged, defective or wrong item?
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not open the tiles if you see an issue through the plastic.
