Affiliate Program Overview
Approved affiliates will receive:
• A unique affiliate code and/or tracking link to share with their audience
• 7%–10% commission on eligible purchases made using their unique code/link
• An audience discount of up to 10% off eligible mahjong tiles
• A separate 20% personal-use discount code for mahjong tile sets
• Access to product information, brand messaging, suggested captions, promotional ideas, and other assets when available
• Potential opportunities for product seeding, paid collaborations, gifting, or higher commission rates based on fit and performance
Commission rates may vary by partner, campaign, product category, or performance level.

Affiliate Program FAQ
Do I need to pay to join?
No. There is no fee to be considered for the Sweet Jojo Mahjong Affiliate Partner Program.
Do I need to purchase a starter kit?
No starter-kit purchase requirement is included in the current Sweet Jojo Mahjong Affiliate Program overview.
How does the affiliate program work?
Once approved, you’ll receive a unique discount code and/or affiliate tracking link.
You can share Sweet Jojo Mahjong with your audience through approved channels such as social media, blog posts, gift guides, email newsletters, video content, or other agreed-upon platforms.
When an eligible customer makes a qualifying purchase using your unique code/link, you earn commission on that purchase.
When does my affiliate discount become active?
Your affiliate discount will be activated once your account setup is complete and all onboarding requirements have been fulfilled, including your W-9 submission. Until then, your account will remain in pending status.
Where can I find my affiliate dashboard?
You can access your affiliate dashboard through the link provided in your acceptance email. If you’re unable to locate the link, please feel free to reach out and we’re happy to resend it.
What discount does my audience receive?
Your audience may receive up to 10% off eligible mahjong tiles when using your unique affiliate code and/or link.
The customer discount currently applies to mahjong tiles only. Certain products, promotions, clearance items, or transactions may be excluded.
How much commission can I earn?
Current commission rates range from 7%–10% on eligible purchases, depending on the partner, campaign, product category, and/or performance level.
How are commissions calculated?
Commission is calculated on the eligible product subtotal after discounts.
Taxes, shipping, gift cards, returns, canceled orders, refunded orders, non-eligible products, and other non-eligible transactions are excluded.
Commissions are paid only on purchases that can be attributed to your unique affiliate code or tracking link. If an order is canceled, returned, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid, the related commission may be reversed or excluded.
Can I use my affiliate code or link for my own purchases?
No. Affiliates may not use their own audience discount code or affiliate link for personal purchases.
Approved affiliates will receive a separate personal discount code for their own purchases. Personal orders must be placed directly through the Sweet Jojo Mahjong website and may not be placed through the affiliate’s own tracking link, since commission cannot be earned on personal purchases.
Can affiliate codes be combined with other promotions?
No. Discounts cannot be stacked.
Can I promote any product on the Sweet Jojo Mahjong website?
In most cases, yes. However, certain products, promotions, clearance items, or transactions may be excluded from affiliate commission eligibility.
Please note that the audience discount code is currently eligible for mahjong tiles only. Sweet Jojo Mahjong may also provide guidance regarding priority products and eligible items.
Can I request products to feature?
Product seeding may be considered for select affiliate partners, but it is not guaranteed.
Sweet Jojo Mahjong may also offer gifting, paid collaborations, or higher commission opportunities based on partner fit and performance.
Do I need to submit a W-9?
U.S.-based affiliates will be required to submit a completed W-9 in accordance with U.S. tax and IRS reporting requirements.
What happens after I apply?
Sweet Jojo Mahjong will review your information to determine whether the partnership is a good fit. Your affiliate discount will be activated once your account setup is complete and all onboarding requirements have been fulfilled, including your W-9 submission.
If approved, you’ll receive your unique code and/or affiliate tracking link along with any additional program and onboarding details.
Please note: Affiliate-program details may be updated as the program evolves. Final commission eligibility, tracking, discounts, and payout details are subject to confirmation by Sweet Jojo Mahjong.
